Executive (HR) – Sunshine Holdings PLC
Sunshine Holdings PLC is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive – Operations to provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and manage frontline documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Documentation Management: Manage and maintain frontline HR documentation in a structured and timely manner.

Correspondence: Draft, cross-check, and sign off on key HR documents, including letters of appointment and other employee-related correspondence.

Operational Coordination: Coordinate with the centralized HR Service Centre for various operational matters.

Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with internal standards and maintain high levels of accuracy.

Support: Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners within the business line.
Personal Profile

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/PQHRM or an equivalent professional qualification.

Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or administration.

Skills:
-
Excellent written communication and proficiency in document management.

Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

High degree of customer-centric thinking.
