Sunshine Holdings PLC is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive – Operations to provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and manage frontline documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Management: Manage and maintain frontline HR documentation in a structured and timely manner.

  • Correspondence: Draft, cross-check, and sign off on key HR documents, including letters of appointment and other employee-related correspondence.

  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate with the centralized HR Service Centre for various operational matters.

  • Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with internal standards and maintain high levels of accuracy.

  • Support: Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners within the business line.

Personal Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/PQHRM or an equivalent professional qualification.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or administration.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent written communication and proficiency in document management.

    • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

    • High degree of customer-centric thinking.
