Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should ideally possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional HR qualification from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in HR operations, compliance, or human resource administration.
• Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour regulations, and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee confirmation processes.
• Assist with performance management and training administration.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and compliance documentation.
• Support payroll-related HR administration where required.
• Assist in implementing HR process improvements and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and audits.
