Job Description
The Executive Chef at 420° Crunch is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and leading the culinary team to deliver outstanding dining experiences. This role involves comprehensive management of menus, costs, and staff while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
Key Responsibilities

Culinary Leadership: Design, develop, and update menus in line with brand standards and market trends.

Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste across all dishes and kitchen sections.

Operations Management: Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, smooth workflow, and proper equipment usage.

Financial Management: Control food and labor costs within budget, manage inventory, and analyze sales data to maximize profitability.

Team Leadership: Foster a positive, disciplined, and professional kitchen culture.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and HACCP procedures.

Guest Experience: Collaborate with management on special events and respond to guest feedback regarding food quality.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.

Education: A culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of food cost control and modern kitchen management systems.
