Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited is seeking a competent and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the CEO at their Head Office.
What You Do (Key Responsibilities)

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including calendar management and meeting coordination.

Documentation: Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for various meetings.

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Meeting Management: Organize and attend executive meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Project Support: Assist in tracking strategic initiatives and projects.
What You Bring (Requirements)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role supporting senior leadership.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
