Key Responsibilities

Project Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales and market development for pre-fabricated steel buildings and structural steel solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle

Client Management

• Meet clients and conduct site visits
• Understand project requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions
• Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users

Technical & Proposal Support

• Prepare technical proposals, preliminary designs, drawings, and cost inputs
• Support tender and quotation preparation processes

Coordination & Project Execution

• Coordinate with fabrication teams, foreign principals, and installation teams
• Negotiate with customers and ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
  • Pre-engineered buildings (PEB)
  • Structural steel works
  • Sales or business development
  • Project handling

Additional Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of structural steel design and construction practices
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
• Willingness to travel across Sri Lanka
• Valid riding/driving license
