Job Overview

The Engineer will support planning, design, implementation, and coordination of fibre optic telecom projects while ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Job Profile

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and maintain professional relationships
• Support planning, design, and implementation of fibre optic projects
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely project completion
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations
• Maintain project documentation including material usage, progress reports, and site records
• Provide technical guidance and support to field teams
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Assist in resolving site-related technical and operational issues efficiently

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fibre optic or telecom project execution
• Good knowledge of fibre optic networks, installation standards, and project coordination
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools
• Experience in telecom/fibre project execution will be an added advantage
