🎓 Key Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in HR / Employee Engagement / Event Management
• Strong experience in event planning & execution
• Degree or qualification in HR / Business Management (preferred)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with strong coordination ability
• Proficiency in MS Office & digital tools 💻
