Qualifications & Experience
Draughtsman (Civil & MEP)
- NVQ Level 4 or relevant qualification
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Civil and MEP works
- Experience in control documents
- Age below 35
Site Engineer (Building Construction)
- HND, NCT or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience on a building construction site
- Experience with control documents
Key Responsibilities
Draughtsman (Civil & MEP)
- Prepare civil and MEP drawings using AutoCAD
- Maintain and manage project control documents
- Support engineers and site teams with drafting requirements
Site Engineer (Building Construction)
- Supervise building construction activities on site
- Handle project management and planning tasks
- Maintain site control documents and records
Required Skills
- Good AutoCAD software handling skills (Draughtsman)
- 3D experience is an added advantage (Draughtsman)
- Project management and planning skills (Site Engineer)
- Good communication skills and ability to speak English
