Qualifications & Experience

• Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce operations will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Experience in content creation, campaign management, and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of website content management and e-commerce operations.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and digital marketing metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to improve brand engagement.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews across social media platforms.

E-Commerce Platform Management

• Oversee the company’s e-commerce platform and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor website performance and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
• Support order fulfillment and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Track campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize results.
• Support promotional and seasonal marketing initiatives.

Content Creation & Management

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for social media, websites, and digital channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital communications.

Website Management

• Regularly update website content including product descriptions, blog articles, promotions, and marketing materials.
• Ensure website information remains accurate and up to date.

Market Research & Trends

• Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Identify new opportunities to improve online visibility and customer engagement.

Required Skills

• Strong social media management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys.
