Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to follow up and collect outstanding payments
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely settlement of customer accounts
• Maintain accurate and updated debtor and collection records
• Deliver invoices and related documents to customers when necessary
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment follow-ups
• Prepare and submit regular collection reports to management
• Support efficient debtor management and payment recovery operations

Requirements

• Valid riding license and ownership of a motorbike (mandatory)
• Previous experience in debt collection, customer follow-ups, or field coordination is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field travel
• Basic knowledge of invoice handling and debtor management
• Good organizational and reporting skills
