Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases
• Verifying and cross-checking data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documentation
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping activities and invoicing
• Preparing simple reports and data summaries when required
• Supporting day-to-day administrative functions across departments
• Maintaining confidentiality of company information at all times

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum one year of experience in an office-based data entry role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
