Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Age between 20 and 30 years.
• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) and G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examinations.
• Previous experience in field operations or sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to work at Cargills Bank Mini Service Points.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote Cargills Bank products and services to achieve business targets.
• Support daily operations at Mini Service Points.
• Assist customers with banking inquiries and service requests.
• Identify new business opportunities through field activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and operational procedures.
