Customer Relationship Officer – Singer Finance
Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Relationship Officer.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Achieve set targets for fixed deposits and savings by identifying and acquiring new customers.

Portfolio Management: Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Customer Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.

Product Promotion: Promote the company’s financial products and services effectively to the target market.

Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes related to deposit mobilization comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements

Education:
-
Successful completion of the G.C.E. (A/L) examination.

A degree or a professional qualification in Marketing, Finance, or a related field will be a distinct advantage.

Experience:
-
Minimum of 02 years of experience in deposit mobilization or a similar role in the finance or banking industry.

Experience in handling high-net-worth individuals is preferred.

Skills:
-
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong negotiation and networking abilities.

Personal Attributes: Must be self-motivated, pro-active, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
