🧑‍💼 Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with channel teams to plan and finalize marketing campaigns 📢
• Coordinate POSM (Point of Sale Materials) with visibility & procurement teams
• Evaluate campaign performance after execution 📈
• Maintain and update price-off calendars for modern trade channels
• Monitor brand and trade-funded promotions to manage budgets
• Prepare and share monthly financial provisions with stakeholders
• Track actual spending vs planned budgets
• Analyze brand and channel performance insights
• Take corrective actions for underperforming campaigns

🎓 Candidate Requirements

• Qualification in:
  • Marketing
  • Business Management
  • Analytics
• Minimum 6 months internship experience (FMCG/Retail exposure preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office 💻
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
