As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions and ensuring smooth communication through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 📞💬
• Provide accurate information and support to customers
• Maintain professional and friendly communication
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala 🗣️
• Prior experience in customer handling is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Age below 30 years
