🎯 Job Role

As an Accounts Executive, you will handle financial transactions, maintain accounting systems, and ensure accurate reporting in line with company policies.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial accounts 📊
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports
• Conduct daily reconciliation of financial transactions (receipts & vouchers)
• Maintain accounting systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure timelines, accuracy, and completeness of financial records
• Monitor daily financial activities in compliance with regulations
• Prepare accounting reports for management

🎓 Job Requirements

• GCE A/L in Commerce Stream 🎓
• Professional qualification in AAT / ICASL / CIMA / CMA
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel & ERP systems 💻
• Excellent financial transaction handling skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Audit firm experience will be an added advantage
• Willingness to work on Saturdays (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
