Key Responsibilities

Business Requirement Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from departments and stakeholders
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops with users

Process Improvement

• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Prepare workflow diagrams, BRDs, business process maps, and functional specifications

Project Coordination

• Coordinate between operational users and development teams to ensure successful implementation
• Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are delivered accurately

System Support & Documentation

• Support system enhancement projects, testing, UAT, and change management activities
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with departments to understand operational challenges and propose effective solutions

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Experience in requirement gathering and business process mapping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of SDLC and software implementation processes
• Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Draw.io, JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare or hospital workflows
• Basic understanding of databases and reporting concepts
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• ERP or hospital system experience will be an added advantage
