Key Responsibilities
Business Requirement Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from departments and stakeholders
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops with users
Process Improvement
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Prepare workflow diagrams, BRDs, business process maps, and functional specifications
Project Coordination
- Coordinate between operational users and development teams to ensure successful implementation
- Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are delivered accurately
System Support & Documentation
- Support system enhancement projects, testing, UAT, and change management activities
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with departments to understand operational challenges and propose effective solutions
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience in requirement gathering and business process mapping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of SDLC and software implementation processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Draw.io, JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare or hospital workflows
- Basic understanding of databases and reporting concepts
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- ERP or hospital system experience will be an added advantage
