Job Overview

The selected candidate will support the Marketing Manager in executing branding and digital marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and strengthening brand positioning across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Drive brand awareness and growth across marketing and digital channels
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance including traffic, leads, and sales
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for brand positioning
• Manage and improve social media performance metrics
• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Oversee marketing budgets to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate with advertising agencies to finalize brand-related artwork

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or postgraduate diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Part qualification in CIM or SLIM will be an added advantage
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing or brand management
• Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills
• Passion for brand marketing with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
