Selected candidates will initially be appointed as Trainee Branch Managers and undergo structured training before being promoted to full Branch Manager roles.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and profit targets for the branch
• Manage and optimize inventory levels
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily branch operations
• Maintain high standards of customer service excellence
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising standards
• Lead and motivate the team to improve sales performance 📈
• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Retail / Consumer Durables preferred)
• Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing (advantage)
• Knowledge in hire purchase & inventory management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 🗣
• Good analytical and decision-making abilities
• Computer literacy is an added advantage
• Age between 25 – 40 years
