Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should ideally possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA, or AIB (part qualifications will also be considered).
• Minimum of 12 years of executive-level experience in Branch Banking.
• Exposure to trade operations will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Proven experience in managing branch operations and achieving business targets.
