🎯 Job Role

The Audit Executive will be responsible for conducting internal audits, stock verifications, and financial checks while identifying risks and improving internal processes.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory verifications at warehouses and retail outlets 📦
• Perform cash audits (daily collections, petty cash, banking procedures)
• Handle inventory reconciliations between physical stock and system records
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and operational efficiency
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights 📊
• Visit outstation outlets for inspections and audits
• Identify risks, fraud, and inefficiencies and recommend improvements

🎓 Requirements

• Part qualification in CA / CMA / AAT
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in retail sector is an added advantage
• SAP system experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Driving license (motorcycle) is an added advantage
