Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead and manage the Biomedical Engineering and Technical Services departments.

• Operations: Oversee the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of medical equipment.

• Preventive Care: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and technical procedures.

• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards.

• Management: Oversee technical budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.

• Development: Lead, mentor, and develop technical and biomedical staff.

• Innovation: Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and technology upgrades.

• Training: Implement technical training and serve as a knowledge resource for staff trainers.

• Global Liaison: Coordinate with foreign manufacturers in a diplomatic and professional manner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.

• Experience: A minimum of 8–12 years of experience in biomedical/technical services, including proven leadership roles.

• Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of laboratory medical equipment and emerging new technologies.

• Regulatory Expertise: Proven experience dealing with regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.

• Core Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
