📋 Job Description

The Assistant Manager – IT will oversee daily IT operations, manage system infrastructure, and ensure cybersecurity compliance. The role includes troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and aligning IT strategies with business goals while maintaining system performance and reliability.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations and provide technical support to departments
• Coordinate system installations, upgrades, and maintenance with vendors
• Ensure data protection, backup management, and cybersecurity compliance
• Identify and implement improvements in IT processes
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide training/support when needed
• Monitor system performance and prepare IT reports
• Align IT strategy with organizational objectives
• Maintain documentation for systems, licenses, and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Experience in managerial/supervisory role is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of networking, databases, and information security
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Willingness to travel and support branch operations
