📋 Job Description

The Administration Executive will support daily administrative operations, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate records related to automobile inventory and services.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
• Assist with inventory control and data entry related to vehicle and parts records
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners for smooth workflow
• Support sales and service teams with timely administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role (automobile sector preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
