Job Responsibilities

• Develop visual merchandising concepts and creative direction for product displays
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards across all branches
• Coordinate store layouts, fixtures, lighting, signage, and display arrangements
• Implement best practices in visual merchandising throughout retail outlets
• Create seasonal in-store moods through curated arrangements
• Ensure attractive product presentation and store ambience
• Travel to store locations and branches as required

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the fashion retail industry
• Strong understanding of lighting, fixtures, store displays, and signage
• Knowledge of store layouts and visual merchandising best practices
• Ability to create seasonal themes and attractive store presentations
• Strong sense of color coordination, proportions, and product mix
• Willingness to travel to all store locations when necessary
