Job Overview

Range Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a leading distributor of premium consumer durable products in Sri Lanka, is expanding its island-wide dealer network and is looking for energetic and results-oriented professionals to join its Dealer Sales Team as Area Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned dealer network to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify and appoint new dealers to expand market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key business partners.
• Ensure excellent product availability, merchandising, and in-store visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and dealer activations.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy dealer accounts.
• Submit regular sales reports and market updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dealer/channel sales, preferably in:
  • Consumer durables
  • Electronics
  • Electrical products
  • Home appliances
• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent.
• Diploma in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Valid riding or driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
