Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall administrative operations across branches and head office
• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
• Handle lease agreements, contracts, and legal documentation
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government authorities
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across the organization

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Professional HR or legal qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
• Retail industry experience will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and compliance procedures
