Job Description
The Administration Executive will support the organization’s administrative and operational functions by coordinating maintenance activities, procurement operations, asset management, insurance coordination, and general administration duties.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, administrative knowledge, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with multiple departments and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and coordinate maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles at Head Office and branch locations
- Handle procurement and purchasing activities
- Support the management of fixed asset inventories
- Coordinate insurance-related matters for company assets and vehicles
- Perform general administration and operational support duties
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
- Support compliance with internal administrative procedures
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle procurement and operational administration tasks
- Strong attention to detail and record management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Computer literacy and familiarity with office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher educational qualification in administration, management, or a related field will be an added advantage
