📖 Job Description

Excello Developers is seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to manage day-to-day financial activities, including bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and ledger maintenance. The role requires strong attention to detail and familiarity with accounting systems, especially QuickBooks.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Update daily bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations 🏦
• Post customer invoices, receipts, and supplier payments 📄
• Maintain debtors and creditors ledgers 📊
• Prepare daily financial reports (Cash & Bank) 💰

🎯 Requirements

• Passed G.C.E A/L (Commerce Stream) 🎓
• Part qualification from a recognized accounting body
• Experience in QuickBooks Accounting Software 💻
• Excellent computer literacy
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Age below 35 years
