✅ Eligibility Criteria
For Technical Positions:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aviation, or equivalent
- Aircraft Maintenance Licenses (EASA/CAASL) for engineers
- Airline/ATC experience (minimum 5 years for inspector roles)
- ICAO certifications are an advantage
For Administrative Roles:
- G.C.E. A/L qualification or relevant degree
- Proficiency in English & Sinhala
- Computer literacy is essential
General Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka
