- Preference will be given to candidates who completed their first degree in English medium
- Expertise in Buddhist heritage conservation, including palm-leaf manuscripts, will be considered an added qualification
- Teaching in English is mandatory
- Appointees to Senior Lecturer and Lecturer posts must complete a minimum of 10 years’ service
