Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all cashiering functions in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
• Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain and balance daily cash.
• Reconcile cash discrepancies before the end of the working day.
• Maintain accurate cash records and minimize cash excesses and shortages.
• Maintain minimal operational lapses within the teller function.
• Support the branch in maintaining teller-related risks at a satisfactory level.
• Process customer transactions with a fast and efficient turnaround time.
• Follow established cash handling procedures and internal controls.
• Ensure all teller activities are carried out with honesty, accuracy and integrity.
