Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Quality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality control, process monitoring or compliance within a business center or shared services environment.
- Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools and techniques.
- Experience in monitoring KPIs, conducting audits and preparing quality reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and business processes will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and accuracy of processes and outputs within the Business Center.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze data and prepare quality performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control checklists, SOPs and relevant documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
- Ensure all records and reports are accurately maintained in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Monitor quality-related KPIs and follow up on performance against established standards.
- Identify process weaknesses and recommend appropriate improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality control and quality management practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of process monitoring and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong auditing and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of business processes and quality standards.
- Ability to prepare clear reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems will be an advantage.
