Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of related industry experience.
• Relevant experience in marketing, leasing and financial products within a reputed finance company or bank.
• Should have a well-established existing customer base.
• Should possess a strong supplier relationship network.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A degree and/or professional qualification, either full or part, in:
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Banking & Finance
  • Credit Management
  • Accounting & Finance
• Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and initiate business plans to achieve the set objectives of the branch.
• Manage the assigned portfolio and maximize the profitability of the branch.
• Assess market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
• Provide training, coaching and development to branch staff.
• Motivate branch staff to achieve overall business targets.
• Ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place and properly practiced in branch operations and administration.
• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the branch.
• Drive business growth while maintaining operational integrity.
