Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or Business Management.
• Candidates who are fully qualified or possess SLIM or CIM qualifications will be preferred.
• More than 5 years of proven experience in an Area Sales Manager role.
• Strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook.
• Clear focus on achieving high-quality business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop plans and strategies to execute sales operations and achieve company targets.
• Drive the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain excellent relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to improve sales performance.
• Train and mentor the Field Sales Team.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and corrective action where necessary.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Support the continuous development of the sales team and overall sales operations.
