Job Description

Brandix Intimates is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to support the development and execution of organization-wide learning, training, and talent management initiatives.

The role will focus on developing training calendars, coordinating learning programs, conducting training needs analysis, and supporting the effective implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) and talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of the annual and monthly training calendar and training program schedule.
• Ensure training initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives and approved budgets.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external training providers to plan and deliver executive training programs.
• Execute Learning & Development initiatives driven by the Group HR team.
• Support coaching, mentoring, leadership development, and other capability-building programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Oversee the administration of the Performance Management System (PMS).
• Support the effective implementation of talent management processes.
• Ensure timely completion of performance cycles and talent review activities.
• Support succession management practices and employee development initiatives.
• Assist in promoting a continuous learning and development culture across the organization.
• Ensure assigned duties are carried out in accordance with the organization’s Health & Safety policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives.
• Experience in talent management and performance management processes.
• Strong understanding of training needs analysis and learning program development.
• Experience coordinating internal and external training providers will be advantageous.
