Job Description

Brandix Intimates is looking for an experienced Senior Garment Technologist to provide technical support throughout garment development, fitting, sampling, and approval processes.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure products meet technical requirements, achieve fit approval, and are developed within the required timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review technical packs and design intent and align internal teams on product requirements.
• Assess product risks and drive effective solutions during development.
• Guide garment construction, sampling, and pattern development for optimum results.
• Evaluate garment fit, comfort, and appearance and provide clear fit comments.
• Coordinate technical support during fitting for assigned products and styles.
• Ensure timely garment development and approval from DI to Red Tag (fit approval).
• Support the achievement of On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Understand and communicate customer requirements effectively.
• Coordinate customer communication and technical updates.
• Manage Centric uploads and related product information.
• Coordinate pad and wire development.
• Support fit approvals in line with required T&A timelines.
• Manage development timelines and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Provide guidance and technical support to team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in product development within a customer-based environment.
• Experience focusing on:
  • Technical requirements
  • Garment fit
  • Garment construction
  • Production feasibility
• Experience in intimate apparel development will be advantageous.
• Expertise in operating 3D software.
• Strong understanding of garment technology and product development processes.
