Brandix is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee – Finance to join its finance team. The selected candidate will support financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, payment processes, and the smooth functioning of the Finance Division.

Position Details

The Graduate Trainee – Finance will report to the Finance Manager and assist in achieving financial KPIs while maintaining a strong control environment and ensuring the integrity of financial statements. The role will also involve working closely with the Cross Functional Team, BU Accountant, and CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitoring of inventory.
• Ensure the accuracy of management and statutory reports.
• Adhere to internal and external deadlines for reports and safeguard company assets.
• Ensure all payments are processed according to group policies.
• Establish and maintain strong financial control processes.
• Support the smooth functioning of the Finance Division.
• Assist in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.
• Provide financial input for business decisions and proposals.
• Work effectively with the Cross Functional Team, BU Accountant, and CFO.
• Support the Finance Manager in achieving financial KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance or a passed Finalist of CASL, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the apparel industry will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of financial accounting and financial analysis.
• Good understanding of budgeting, reporting, and internal financial controls.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
