Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or a related qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience, particularly in Intimates Design and Development.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and lingerie technical CADs.
• Knowledge of sports bras, swimwear, and loungewear will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of intimate apparel design and product development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A creative approach to developing innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new conceptual designs to fulfil customer requirements.
• Develop customer presentations and tech packs.
• Conduct trend research and identify trends that align with the brand image.
• Select appropriate fabrics and trims for product collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop production-feasible designs within target costs and development timelines.
• Manage multiple projects and brands to ensure deadlines are met.
• Design and develop bras and products within the Intimates category.
• Support collection creation according to required timelines and order-to-delivery schedules.
• Incorporate relevant design trends and market requirements into product development.
• Ensure assigned responsibilities are carried out in accordance with organizational health and safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols.
