Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience with relevant industry exposure in marketing, leasing, financial products, or banking within a reputed finance company or bank.
• Proven experience in branch management, business development, and portfolio management.
• Should have an established customer base and strong supplier relationship network.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Degree and/or professional qualifications (full/part) in:
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Banking & Finance
  • Credit Management
  • Accounting & Finance
    will be an added advantage.
• Ability to achieve business targets and manage branch operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and initiate business plans to achieve branch objectives and growth targets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and maximize branch profitability.
• Analyze market conditions and identify current and future sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
• Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to branch staff.
• Lead the branch team towards achieving overall business targets.
• Ensure internal controls are properly implemented and maintained.
• Oversee branch operations and administration activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
