Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities

The Recovery Officer will work within the Recovery Division and support the company’s recovery and customer-related operations.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Supporting recovery activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Communicating with customers regarding outstanding financial obligations.
• Following up on assigned customer accounts and recovery matters.
• Maintaining accurate records of recovery activities and customer interactions.
• Coordinating with relevant internal teams regarding recovery-related matters.
• Handling customer inquiries professionally and appropriately.
• Supporting the achievement of recovery and operational targets.
• Maintaining professional relationships with customers while carrying out assigned duties.
• Ensuring recovery activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
