Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or an equivalent qualification.
• Qualification in Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of data management systems.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, packing, agriculture, or a similar industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Candidates residing in Mahiyanganaya, Kandy, Polonnaruwa, or Anuradhapura will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily production, quality control, and dispatch data accurately.
• Maintain records of raw material intake, packaging usage, and final product dispatch.
• Verify data accuracy by coordinating with supervisors and production staff.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Support the quality control team by documenting inspection and grading results.
• Generate labels, packing lists, and export documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory and production records.
• Ensure all data is updated and available for reporting purposes.
