Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• GCE Advanced Level (A/L) in the Commerce Stream.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Computer literacy with the ability to work in a computerized office environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• A valid driving licence will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and process accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Support bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and management information.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by the finance management team.

Required Skills

• Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
