Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or business environment.
• Part qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems and management reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in manufacturing, business analysis, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards and management reports.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Prepare business evaluations, financial analyses, and feasibility studies.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Support management with data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare analytical reports to assist finance and business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and business insights.
