Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing, Textile & Clothing, Garment Technology, or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university or professional institution.
• More than 7–10 years of experience in garment development or a related technical field.
• Experience in lingerie (bras, ladies’ and men’s underwear) will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of outerwear products such as T-shirts, jackets, pants, and workwear garments.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Good computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Product Development Centre operations efficiently to achieve organizational objectives related to profitability, revenue, cost, and quality.
• Analyze sketches and garment samples while understanding customer requirements and guiding the development team to create production-ready samples.
• Regularly review and update the web-based Product Data Management (PDM) system as required.
• Coordinate with customers and factories to clarify and resolve technical issues related to product development and production.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers, production teams, and merchandising teams.
• Identify product risks and coordinate with manufacturing sites to resolve technical and production challenges.
