Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) within the construction industry.
• Sound knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction inspections, and quality documentation.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with project and site teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of construction standards, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Experience with quality management systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards and procedures are maintained throughout construction projects.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks in accordance with project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.
• Assist in internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure all quality documentation is completed accurately and maintained properly.
