Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in road construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of road construction activities, quality control, and site supervision.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Possession of a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily road construction activities on project sites.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate labour, machinery, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site records.
• Liaise with project engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work quality and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Support timely completion of projects while maintaining engineering standards.
