Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve secondary sales targets while driving volume, distribution, and market share growth.
• Execute monthly and quarterly sales plans within the assigned territory.
• Ensure effective outlet coverage, product availability, and visibility.
• Implement pricing, promotions, merchandising standards, and trade schemes.
• Build and strengthen relationships with retailers to improve outlet productivity.
• Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Coach and support Sales Representatives through regular field visits.
• Track competitor activities and provide valuable market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting through Sales Force Automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
