Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Partial qualification in CA, CMA, or AAT.
• Diploma in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in bookkeeping, payment processing, and payroll management.
• Proven experience in preparing and submitting management reports.
• Practical knowledge of VAT, SSCL, APIT, and other taxation requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with external parties regarding payments, collections, and related financial matters.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
• Process supplier payments and payroll efficiently.
• Prepare timely management reports and financial summaries.
• Handle taxation matters including VAT, SSCL, and APIT compliance.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and other external parties regarding financial transactions.
• Maintain employee records and support HR administration.
• Ensure smooth administrative and finance operations.
• Assist management in achieving company financial and operational targets.
