Eswaran Brothers Exports (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join its expanding tea export operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the tea bagging process while maintaining compliance with food safety and quality management standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination in the Science or Mathematics stream.
• Below 30 years of age.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the tea exporting industry.
• Previous experience working with HACCP and ISO quality management systems is an added advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections during tea bagging operations.
• Maintain quality control records in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
• Collaborate with supervisory staff to resolve quality issues and ensure shipment requirements are met.
• Report daily operational and quality-related matters accurately to the Manager – Quality Control.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to food safety and quality assurance.
